Terms & Conditions

Hotel Mangal Bhawan, Mahakaleshwar Marg, Ujjain

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Hotel Mangal Bhawan. By reserving a room or staying with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or official confirmation message.

  • Guests must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving License) at check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious bookings.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Early check-in for Bhasma Aarti can be requested but is not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival may qualify for partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Special festival dates / weekends / peak days are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for all personal belongings.

  • Any damage to hotel property, furniture, linen, or fixtures will be chargeable.

  • Loud music, smoking in rooms, and disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is not permitted inside the premises.

5. Luggage & Safety

  • Luggage assistance and temporary storage are available.

  • The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited at reception.

  • CCTV surveillance is active in public spaces for security purposes.

6. Meals & Food Policy

  • Only pure vegetarian food is served and allowed within hotel premises.

  • Outside non-veg food delivery is not permitted.

  • Special meal requests are to be informed in advance.

7. Children & Extra Bed

  • Child policy varies based on room category.

  • Extra mattress/bed can be arranged at additional cost and subject to availability.

8. Payment Terms

  • We accept UPI / Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.

  • Full payment must be completed before check-out.

  • Taxes applicable as per GST norms.

9. Room Privacy & Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping is carried out once daily unless otherwise requested.

  • Towels, bedding, and toiletries are replaced as per hygiene schedule.

10. Temple Access Disclaimer

  • Temple timings and darshan schedules are controlled by the Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee.

  • Hotel does not guarantee Bhasma Aarti entry but provides assistance and guidance.

11. Force Majeure

The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations or service interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or civil disturbances

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Transportation delays

12. Policy Updates

Hotel Mangal Bhawan may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page with revised effective dates.
